Degree Day Analysis not working

I am trying to make use of the Degee day data analysis but I can't seem to get it to work. I am having trouble finding a weather station that has degree day data available. I started with Redhill but have also just tried Northolt and Odiham and both come up with the same message
"Warning: The Weather Station you are using is missing degree days. If the analysis is not working as expected you should change to the next closest weather station." Essentially I'm after ddd for my site in the Woking area but if I have to go further afield to find a station with ddd available then thats fine.

Also, am I correct in thinking that the graph will update all of its historic logs if I change weather stations? Or does it only make the ddd available from the next meter entry?

I.e. if I changed from Redhill to Odiham will it change all of my past records?

    Hi Rob,

i can't find you account on the system to have a look into this problem. It seems the email you started this discussion with is not the same as you smeasure account. Can you provide your smeasure username or email address in smeasure account? That way i can trace the problem.

There was a recent problem with meter readings being older than our degree day starting date which i fixed on the weekend, perhaps this is related. As i said i'll need to investigate the specific problem so please provide your account username / email.
